Cancellations & Refunds

  • If anything changes and you have to reschedule or cancel the appointment make sure to let us know at least 48 hours prior to your original booking, if you fail to do so we will not be able to reschedule, cancel or refund you (For every refund a €5 processing fee will be applied) Find more about our Terms & Conditions at www.paddyappliances/policy;

If Nobody is Home at the Scheduled TimE

  • If the technician gets to the house and nobody answers the door, you will be contacted by phone call, text message and email. In case you fail to answer, the technician will wait 20 minutes at the door. If we don’t hear back from you, the technician will then take a picture of the door as proof of attendance and proceed to the next client. In that case the job will be tagged as completed and we will not be able to reschedule or refund you for the call out/labour fee. *In case you are booking an appointment for someone else such as tenant, elderly and/or a special person, please reply to this email now with the person's phone number in case you didn’t include it in the booking form, you should let us know at least 48 hours before the appointment.

  • You can either send us an email with the query on or get in touch with us through our chat at so we can get it sorted for you as soon as possible.
