How does it work? The client pays the Call Out fee (ALREADY INCLUDES LABOR) of €75 only once, in 95% of the cases the issue is solved during the first call as the technicians carry parts at all times (parts will be charged separately, the technician will let the client know in before fitting on). In case there is an unusual issue, we would have to order the part. In this case the client will NOT pay a second call out, only the part to be ordered.
