How does it work? The client pays the Call Out Fee €99 only once, in 95% of the cases the issue is solved during the first call as the technicians carry parts at all times (labour €36 for each appliance and parts will be charged separately, the technician will let the client know before fitting). In case there is an unusual problem, we would have to order the part. In this case the client will NOT pay a second call out fee, only for the part to be ordered.
